The white on white is beautiful! We have some in the yard, and I love all the features you mention...but they do have a smell that couldn't be called "fragrance"! I noticed today that we have One (One only) little blossom left on one of the trees!

We have Bradford Pear trees here. They don’t get these cone-shaped flower clusters like your do. Love all the white.

@yogiw Our tree is an Aristocrat Pear Tree, shaped differently than a Bradford Pear, which is self pruning and we didn't want any branches falling off!

@gardenfolk Interesting. Bradford Pears line the streets all over town here. They must have been the tree of choice when the city planted years ago. I love it in the spring when they are all in bloom.
