It is amazing how your home appraisal can differ depending on what you need and/or want to do. We experienced this when our home was appraised to refinance and take out equity for the new roof and other needed maintenance. The appraisal came back at least $100,000 lower than its market value, based on the square footage price of average homes in our neighborhood.
The "lender" photo is actually a photo of our house before investors bought and finished it. Then, we came along and didn't see this photo until 6 months after we bought our house! We have been living here for 22 years.
I LOVE this collage!!! We are in the midst of getting new assessment costs for our 2018 taxes and your photo really hits the mark! Very funny (and not so funny for paying the taxes) and extremely creative.
