The weather was perfect and the stadium was active as there was a home game that night for the Cincinnati Reds. I had fun looking in the Reds Team Shop for my grand boys. The large baseballs hanging from the ceiling are the years the Cincinnati Reds won the World Series...1919, 1940, 1975, 1976 and 1990. The 1869 Cincinnati Red Stockings were baseball's first all professional team with ten salaried players. The red baseball stitching was on the tile floor of the Cincinnati Reds gift shop located next to their stadium called The Great American Ball Park.
