Happy May Day! There are a lot of lemon blossoms (and still lemons) on my Meyer lemon tree. I like to squeeze a couple of lemons in a glass of water and add some stevia for a refreshing thirst quencher. You can also bake something delicious, like lemon meringue pie or lemon bars...YUM! Best viewed on Black.
