These lovely roses were growing along a neighbor's low fence. They caught my eye, between the color and the petal edges. I thought the petals were so pretty with ruffled/scalloped edges...and the number of petals!
I did a little research and think they might be called Polka. Another possibility is the English Ambridge Rose, bred by David Austin, that is one of Oprah's favorites.
