@traeumerlein87 -- basically you set a camera on a tripod and take multiple shots in different positions. Then you will load these into Photoshop as different layers. You start with the top layer by creating a mask, then press CRT+I to make the mask invisible. Then take a paint brush and paint the part that you want to be visible (yourself in this case). Do this for every layer. Then flatten the image. If this sounds confusing I just googled "multiplicity photography". Good Luck!
