Foyer

Our foyer as seen through the eyes of a wide angle lens lying on the floor. I love how the ultra wide angle and lens distortion (diagonal fisheye) make the foyer look bigger and more dramatic than it really is!
Ohhhh ! Love your foyer!!!! I love the roundness of it. Love curves steps. Now you've inspired me to take mine!!! Maybe tomorrow!

wow! it looks palatial! and the wood colouring almost looks like gold against the white! quite dramatic! you MUST remember this if you ever decide to put your house on the market ;p

Nice effect. We should all do this for fun! Call it Foyer Fun! The curve of the curved stairs makes this shot really cool.

@jsw0109 yes the sigma 15mm diagonal fisheye which I chose over the nikon because it has a minimum focus distance of about 5 inches compared to about 10 inches for nikon -- everything else being close to equal, and with that super wide, I think it is an advantage.
