The wind from ‘Storm Dudley’ outside was buffeting the windows and there was a chill in the, and the strong lamps outside provided stark contrasts and shadows all around.
But the Rest Room was quiet inside and a lone figure sat in the dark contemplating the storm inside his mind!

I like the diagonal line cut through the photo from top right by the light of the windows on the wall. That line really leads the eye to the person. I like your expressive 'contemplating the storm inside his mind'! Favourite for composition and editing.
