Grabbed a candid of Danny and the new starter Dave filling up the truck with diesel and water. Odd scene, as it’s never normally ever done in two’s🤣👍
📷Simply framed and fired away, the Canon was in Auto ISO, and despite shooting manual with a slow enough shutter, the camera compensates with a ridiculously high ISO (something that my Nikon’s don’t do, Hmmmmm) so I had to mess around with the exposure in post, which I hate. Monochrome conversion was chosen to give it a ‘grittier’ look📷
@marlboromaam Greetings, thanks for the wonderful comments. Yes, all the photos you see in monochrome, start out as colour RAW files out of the camera. I simply connect the camera to my Ipad and transfer the images, then make adjustments with the Lightroom App. I try to edit as little as possible on the Ipad or computer and always strive to get the correct exposure settings dialed in on the camera before I press the shutter. I'm used to 'Dodging and Burning' with film, so I already know how to quickly extract the exact Monchrome look I'm after, for that final look. Thanks again :)
