Red Wasp by gaylewood

Red Wasp

Yesterday daddy longleg in macro and today . . . red wasp. Early next week we are leaving Texas and heading to Canada for five months so I have been working outside the last two days getting the lawn mowed and trimmed before we leave. Yesterday I came across the daddy longleg as I was working and today the wasps were everywhere. And so . . . that's the story behind these two photo subjects. :-)
That's quite some detail - super close-up. You're going to miss the hot summer in Texas for the cooler Canada?? Lucky you!
