Blue Jay

Hooray for the Blue Jay! I was so excited to finally get a shot of a Blue Jay today after so many unsuccessful attempts this past year. This has definitely been my lucky week for getting photos of birds that are special to me . . . Cedar Waxwing, Loon, and now the Blue Jay. :-)

@amyk Thanks, Amy! I think your recent Blue Jay photos inspired me to keep trying to get a shot of one...hopefully I'll be able to get more now because I think they're such beautiful birds. :-)

@louannwarren Thank you so much, Lou Ann! It's a trail mix wild bird seed combo with peanuts, sunflower seeds, safflower seeds, raisins, pecans, and dried cherries. The birds love it . . . the squirrels and chipmunks also love it! :-)
