Young/old

I was visiting Doesburg, a little old town, on my weekend away.
When we were walking around I spotted this young man, all dressed up and looking so fine. I asked him if I could take a picture of him, and this is the result.
Now I'm not sure whether this should be in B&W or colour, so I posted both, what do you like more?

Both lovely , but for me the soft tones of the colour win it . Shows the lovely bloom of youth on his face

Love both takes, tho in this case I think I prefer this colour one. Very close call tho as I would usually opt for b&w! Great shot

Schattig! Persoonlijk vind ik de kleurversie mooier.

I prefer this one, what a character :)

I like this one, but I'm partial to color. Now watch me upload a b&w or sepia shot later! I'm processing a few of an abandoned, run-down house, and it's so hard to choose.
He's an interesting young man. I love the background.

Wonderful capture! He's adorable!

Both are nice, but I almost always vote color. I'm so glad I don't live in a B&W world. He's a cutie.

wow doesn't he look fine! I think I like the colour better, it is more subtle and suits his style.

Wow good on him and I love both photo's but the black and white one seems to suit his apparel better:)

excellent! it's really good in b&w and in colors. What i like in this one is that we can see he's wearing jeans, and it makes me smile.

I still have to see the b/w which I imagine brings out the vintage feel of his hat and pose. But the color brings out his jaunty character. What a great portrait!

Dat was vlak bij mij in de buurt. Voor mij een bedevaartplaats, Mondriaan heeft er gewerkt o.a de toren geschildert.
What a cool looking young boy
