Dragon's Teeth by geertje

Dragon's Teeth

A wall build as a fortification by the Germans during WW II to stop allied tanks. For more information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dragon%27s_teeth_%28fortification%29

I was on a little holiday this weekend and I'll share some pictures from that trip in the next couple of days. Here is one of a cute german town: http://365project.org/geertje/couldn-t-decide/2011-12-02
I see if I find time to comment on your pictures as well, there's always so much to do when you've been away...

Beautiful landscape. It is amazing that the Dragon Teeth are still in existence. They were built to last. My father told me about these Dragon Teeth. He fought in WWII, but he was in the Navy and stationed in Hawaii.
