Orange October

My zinnias could be brown by morning. Temps are supposed to drop to 37 degrees. Not freezing, but close and I hope the fall leaves aren't affected! Just turned off the air conditioner yesterday . . . not ready for the furnace yet.

It's a shame when summer's flowers are brought to an abrupt end by a frosty autumn night. It's to be 30° in my yard tonight...good by blooms. :(
