“Faith sees a beautiful blossom in a bulb, a lovely garden in a seed, and a giant oak in an acorn.”
~ William Arthur Ward
Not a leaf, not a flower yet, but . . . a clump of tulip bulbs. I decided to transplant some of my tulips because they desperately needed thinning. I was surprised to see little green shoots peeking out of the ground, confused by the 70-degree weather in late fall. This is one of the many clumps I dug up, separated, and replanted. I'm glad I got that done since the temperature dropped 40 degrees overnight.
