Thelma's Sunset by genealogygenie

Thelma's Sunset

"Even the most beautiful days eventually have their sunsets."

We learned that my husband's favorite aunt passed away this week at the age of 93. She always had a twinkle in her eyes and I never heard her utter a negative word as long as I knew her. This line from her obit really says it all : "Her many years as a farm wife and loving homemaker brought sheer enjoyment to her life." She will be missed by those that knew and loved her.

Best viewed large to see the road leading off into the sunset. sooc

This was taken the same day as the beautiful sunrise in Sun, sun, sun, here it comes. http://365project.org/genealogygenie/365/2013-12-11

What a lovely tribute Kim. The image is so lovely and what a nice treasure of memories you have!!! I saw a quote today that I liked "One day you will be just a memory to some people. Do your best to be a good one." Sounds like your aunt did that very well!!
