What perfect details you've captured. Looks like this bird has had an interesting life-- his poor beak gives him character though. Did I hear someone say that their call sounds like a laugh? That would be interesting to hear

A beautiful capture of our lovely Australian Kookaburra...l can never get a good shot of these birds here, l had one on my clothesline the other day, but the cat scared him off before l could get a shot!!
