Could not sleep past 5:20 am this morning, which is crap on a Saturday. Anyway, ended up leaving the house at 6:00, went to the dam where shot was taken to watch the sun come up. After that, decided to go to the local doughnut shop, get one and some coffee ... then decided to go back to the dam to read the paper. When I got there, there were about 9 guys with this gentleman, getting ready to go out for a morning ride, all suited up like pros. This is a shot of him coming off the bridge from a little loosening up, but he is ready to go!! Really felt like a dork, sitting there eating my donut(s), drinking coffee and watching these physical specimens ... but only for about 10 seconds!
Yeah I wake at 4:30 mainly...
Know how feel. I often feel stupid when I see people older un me doing stuff I should be able to do but sadly my hidden medical condition stops me.
