The Traffic Stop

As usual, I was rewarded again for having my camera set, very close at hand, and my sunroof open. I was able to slowly pull by and get 2 shots, and this is the better of the two. A true street photo. Not at all sure what the "situation" was, but I got the shot!

Hard to tell what the situation is but the lady at the back seems to be enjoying herself! And kudos for getting focus and composition from a moving car!
