while I don't love this photo of myself, I just had to showcase this blast from my past, courtesy of my brother who had this special treat in his freezer. I used to eat these mint It's-Its in junior high (they sold them at lunch sometimes) and always on vacations, from the camp store. They are simply delicious. Mint ice cream, between 2 oatmeal cookies, all covered in chocolate? yes, please.
