This morning our dear friend Sam lost her battle with cancer. We have spent the day crying with friends and her family trying to come to terms with this sadness. Sam has been my inspiration to overcome my disasters in the past 2 years. I have spent tonight sorting through photos as requested, so decided to put this collage together as today's photo. Sam is in the middle at the back in the bottom right photo. (and also in every other photo) A link in our chain of friendship may be broken but she will never be forgotten. A true inspirational friend.
Denise, I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your very beautiful friend Sam. Far too young. Sending you lots and lots of positive love, light and energy. Take good care of yourself and your friends xxx
So sorry to hear your sad news. Perhaps one consolation will be having such a dear group of friends to share all the wonderful memories of her. How nice you have so many lovely photos to keep the good times fresh in your mind. Warmest thoughts to you and your friends.
I am so sorry for your loss, I know how it feels after my inspiration in my big Sister Mo passed away nearly 2 years ago. I doesn't get easier but having all those good memories will help.
ANSWER to your question regarding Lady Magpie. 1) I have always supported my local club Football Team and have been their press officer and statistician for 40+ years, they used to play in Black & White, the colour of magpies. 2). In the late 70's/80's I passed the football referees exams and refereed for a couple of years, we wore Black & White kit. 3) When the CB radio came out in the 80's my handle was Lady Magpie. 4). I'm an avid collector especially little shinny pieces, just like Magpies. 5) I'm well known throughout the district as a historian and photographer with my hat that has a Magpie badge on the front, and related to your collage today it was a present from my beloved Sister Mo, I don't go anywhere without it. - did that help.
These photos really show the vacuum that you all are experiencing and will feel forever, but at the same time, she will always be a part of you all too. So sorry, Denise.
It is so hard to loose friends to this awful disease, i am so sorry for your loss Denise. The collage is a fabulous tribute to your inspirational friend
Oh, Denise, I'm so sorry for you and your circle to have lost this wonderfully close friend. I must say, though, that looking at all these photos, few people have such a tight circle as close as you all are! Of course the downside comes when one of you says, Good-bye for the last time. Know in your heart that you all were so blessed, and forever after, you'll remember Sam when you continue to gather. There'll be no more loving legacy for her than that. ♥ Hugs and love to you
Sorry to hear about the loss of your friend, this is a lovely collage, tribute to Sam. It is good to remember the happy times in this time of sorrow. My Thoughts and prayers are with you. here is a big the HUG I would give you if I were near enough

Left you a message on my butterfly photo!! Here's my email if you want to write me. Khall65890@aol.com Sam looks like she is a lot of fun and you can cherish all of the wonderful times you had together. Laugh at the fun things you two did or said, it really helps. Look for her, I don't think she is far away from you and signs come in all forms. As you know I really do believe in signs!! I am sorry your heart is hurting. Big hugs!!! FAV for all the fun photos and tribute!!
So sorry to hear that Sam has gone to another place. It makes me sad to read your post today. She looked a happy person who was far too young to leave. Life is not fair. Lovely tribute to her and wonderful photos to remind you of the good times you all had together. So sorry.
What a lovely tribute to a wonderful friend. You are in my thoughts. It is really hard when you lose someone your age that has been a friend for a long time. I know how you feel. She is worth every tear!
I just saw your very sad news. A bond of love is so evident in these photos that it is both heart warming and heart breaking - prayers for you, your family and your friends.
