Went over to my sister's place to help with the gardening - but I was useless as I spent most of my time photographing the birds :)

Life is a bit manic here at present and I'm not spending much time at home - that's ok though as I hate housework! It's my sister's 70th birthday today and we are heading out to dinner soon. Then on Saturday she is having a garden party with many family & friends - will be a fun day :) Watch this space!

They are beginning to flower here and the council has lanted many in our nature strips :) @gigiflower The celebrations began last night - and I'm feeling the affect of this already - never mind as we soldier on and collect her long time friend on this afternoon train and have a few more celebratory drinks.
