The apples are happy

Today we finally had a good steady rain, and I could see the apples were appreciating it. And I appreciate my late brother's great job of pruning all three before he became too ill. They are an old fashioned snow apple, granny smith apple and crab-apple :)
Lovely triptych. It hasn't rained for weeks here, but David mentioned earlier that he might get his telescope out tonight, so that should do it.
