Today we had a record 42c (108f) with nasty hot north winds. Did some packing/moving early morning, then off for a swim and champagne at my sister's air conditioned house :) A change has now come through and it's a pleasant 26 degrees!
Beautiful shot Denise, the reflections are gorgeous. It's been ages since we've had a still, balmy Summer evening. I went down to the beach for sunset tonight but it was unpleasantly cold and windy, so I didn't stay.
Very nice. I like the colors and the silhouettes. Makes me feel warm just looking at it. We could use a little warmth here. It is -1F ( -18C ) where we are this morning.
It's difficult to image the extremes of weather between here and the US east coast that was walloped with a blizzard! Lovely photo! ...and that's the beauty of weather extremes!
Great shot as always Denise. It is the polar opposite here -39 with the wind chill. Yesterday I wore my very best coat and I got out the car and it felt as if the wind stripped me naked. OOOhhhh. cold!!!
