Today was significant for remembrance. It would have been my late husband's 70th birthday - my 2 eldest children came home to have a beer and play football at the country cemetery where he is. We also remembered my mother who died on the 21st, 17 years ago and was buried on the 23rd. It is also "daffodil day" which is a huge cancer fund raiser which is appropriate for my mum.
