Milky way

I was surprised to see the milky way while in the town last Friday night. So I phoned my friend and we went out to Logan's beach to capture some photos. We noticed a red glow on the horizon around 10pm and wondered what it was - then we saw an amazing red 3/4 moon rising. It was a fantastic night even if it was very cold :)

Great capture. I just haven't been able to find a place dark enough around here to get a shot. But from the light that you've got, may not be a problem for me. Just need to get out. :-)
