Aboriginal Culture Garden by girlie

Aboriginal Culture Garden

In the nearby town of Kempsey the local Aboriginal residents have created a beautiful garden of native plants. I often stroll through to see what is flowering and here is a small collage of my last visit. Some of the images are: an Aboriginal totem; gateway to the garden painted in the Aboriginal colours; the beautiful Black Palm (Normanbya normanbyi) flanking native fan palms; yellow flower of the Fraser Island Apple; Aboriginal rock art; and butterflies that kindly visited the bushes I was examining at the time.
this is a great group of shots. like the butterflies .....

Great collection of images, looks like a fun afternoon outing. Do they have a bush tucker garden? Never hurts to know how to live off the land if need be.
