Neve goes to Kindy 5 days a fortnight and she has taken to it like the proverbial duck and I knew she would. She is going to be a girl who loves school, I think. Off she went, virtually told me to leave, without a tear! Meanwhile, Jem and I cried all the way down Bridge St on the Cargo bike - he wailing "Nevey-boo? Nevey-boo?" and me weeping for my teeny-tiny baby all grown up.
Could she be any cuter??? What a gorgeous kindy photo with her hair up like that and the cutest ever top. And by the way, I love the colour of your house! Sounds like it was much harder than for you and Jem, at least you had each other!
Oh, seriously! This is so sad. Your words are wonderful. My kids both have the "see ya, Mom" attitude which is both a blessing and a curse. I hope you and Jem are enjoying your time together.
