@fintan @custodiabaptista Thank you. I used a Canon 70-300mm f/4-f/5.6 L lens. It is an excellent lens and although quite heavy it is relatively compact. The image stabilisation is amazing - this was a 1/50 sec handheld shot at the maximum 300mm.

@glenmoor I achieve similar results with my Nikon 55-300 f/4.5-5.6, and you're right, it IS heavy! That lens is probably one of the best investments ever...:)
