I've been wanting to do some timelapse photography of the night sky, but I can't find my remote shutter release to use the bulb setting on my camera. So I did a series of 30 second exposures and stacked the layers. There are gaps because I had to wait 10-15 seconds between each shot for the camera to write the image to the memory card. This whole thing was done over about 5 minutes. Man, that moon moves fast! Or wait, it's the earth that's moving. Or maybe both?
