Very effective :)

Lovely image, so light and airy :)

Errol would be very interested in this - Little Creatures do make a good drop. The paper lanterns seem a little whimsical in that building?

Imaging looking at them at night.

Must ask - what are the little creatures?

Fun decor. I agree they are just as interesting as the umbrellas that are often used as ceiling decor.

@julzmaioro Yeah, and they're kinda cute in this industrial setting.

@gilbertwood Funnily enough, they are.

@robz Sure do, I'm rather partial to their Furphy drop. Sells like hot cakes down here.

@yaorenliu Hadn't thought of that but you're right, they'd look great.

@fbailey This is a brewery that makes a range of styles of beer including one that uses wild yeasts. Little creatures refers to those wild yeasts.

@salza Totally agree.

@robz The whole complex is very environmentally conscious, all sorts of interesting measures and initiatives in that department down to collecting all the mussel/oyster shells for recycling into artificial reefs.

Oh i love the colours.

My mother had a decorated set of those that she'd put up on the porch in the summer with little lights in them. Since then I've always loved them. Fun shot- the sort of look like bubbles!

@skippysue Yes, me too.

@olivetreeann Very pretty and peaceful colours.

@golftragic I ran the Furphy past Errol - he did know it but he seems to go more for the dark and brown ales? All the same to me - horrible!! That was interesting to hear about their environmental efforts - the concept seems to be spreading to some businesses - pretty slowly though.

@robz This lot have gone to a lot of trouble to be as environmentally friendly as possible, right down to the waste-product solids going to pig farmers at the end. The Furphy story is interesting. Furphy's is an old family-owned engineering company in Shepparton (central Victoria). In the early 20th-century one of their popular products was a water tank mounted on a cart chassis. These vehicles were widely used during WW1 for the soldiers to fill their canteens. Just like today's water-coolers people would swap the goss which is how rumours got to be named 'furphys'. Many, if not all the stainless-steel tanks at the brewery were made to order by Furphy's and the brewery was so rapt in the quality of product and service they named a beer in their honour. Furphy ale is made from all Victorian-sourced ingredients and was intended to be sold in Victoria only. Not sure that the latter is still the case.

@golftragic Well - I had no idea that Furphy's still existed. I have seen a few of the old water tanks in museums ( love them - great shapes and lettering) but I just assumed that the company was long gone. How good that the brewery used their tanks - and then named a beer after them. What a good story. I'll have to tell Errol the tale - he'll be most interested. I feel that he tried it up here so maybe they've expanded their distribution of it. Sounds like a good place to visit! :)
