I've been to the Little Creatures Brewery in Fremantle! The building was pretty modern looking if I remember correctly. this is a cool image and your processing is perfect for it.

Great work to capture the textures and the height of the smokestack.
August 10th, 2018
@kwind A very small section of a very large comples.
August 10th, 2018
A wonderfully moody image, love the clouds and fabulous textures. Fav!

@maggiemae Absolutely. And great for the town too. The buildings are very solid, but the whole place is massive and far too big for most usages.

@jyokota I haven't seen the Freo brewery which is, as you'd know, the original brewery. LC wanted to expand to the eastern seaboard and chose Geelong fortunately for us.

@taffy Thanks Taffy, this place is such large-scale photography can be a bit hit and miss.
August 10th, 2018
@joysabin Thanks Joy, it's a very interesting place and has a fair bit of public access, unlike so many manufacturing sites.
August 10th, 2018
Great composition and processing.
August 10th, 2018
Fabulous!
August 10th, 2018
@haskar Thanks Haskar, I keep going back there to see what else there is to shoot.
August 10th, 2018
@fbailey Thanks FB, unlike most manufacturing sites, visitors/public are welcome here in many places, and regular tours of the other places. A photographer's delight.

As I scrolled down, I knew this would be your image. It's a great building and impressive chimney.
August 10th, 2018
Great detail and light. I like the very tall chimney standing over it all. Fav
August 10th, 2018
Love it, a relic of times gone by. fav
August 10th, 2018
What a great building. I hadn't realised that Little Creatures had extended east.
August 10th, 2018
Wow wonderful shot in b&w!
August 10th, 2018
@dide Oh dear, typecast! Not to worry, I just like subjects like this.
August 10th, 2018
@caterina The whole place is fascinating for a photographer, I could spend many, many hours in there.
August 10th, 2018
@onewing Very true, but so good that LC rescued the site from any 'development' and have preserved the integrity of the structures. I suspect much wailing and gnashing of teeth in the developer-department.
August 10th, 2018
@merrelyn They make great beer, and such a variety too. They've even got a winery on-site too, lots of vineyards near here.
August 10th, 2018
@radiogirl Thank you.
August 10th, 2018
Terrific capture in b/w :)
August 11th, 2018
Excellent black and white- the sky is awesome and I love all the texture in the bricks. The black and whites also gives the shot a classic, vintage appeal. fav
August 11th, 2018
@gilbertwood When you come to Geelong with time to spare we can go to LC, five minutes by car from our place. You'll have a ball.
August 12th, 2018
@olivetreeann Many thanks Ann, much appreciated. It's all so darned big that I'm still working out how best to get the shots I want.
August 12th, 2018
@olivetreeann BTW, the sky looked blander than bland in colour!
August 12th, 2018
Great b&w. Love the textures and processing
August 12th, 2018
@4rky Many thanks.
August 12th, 2018
@golftragic That's one of the great things black and white can do- bring life to a dull sky.
August 12th, 2018
@olivetreeann Oh yes, and thank goodness for that.
