It's been a very strange summer in southern Victoria, only a handful of hot days and far too many cool spells. My vegies don't know whether to grow or sulk and far too much of the latter happening. @jyokota Glad you liked the shot Junko, thank you. The yellows and browns are typically Aussie summer colours, that fluff is dry grass more than knee-height in places and full of horrid seeds that stick in your socks. The fairway and tee are only green because the club has access to lots of recycled water or they'd be yellow/brown too. Very glad that rain missed us though.
Ominous sky and greens look good! I miss playing golf, which I started late in life. But then after the kids, I haven't found time for it. I'm glad you escaped the storm!

Hi Marnie - it's so nice to see you out and about again. I haven't been very present lately so I'd like to wish you all the best for 2021. I hope you are keeping well and enjoying the freedom that Victoria worked so hard to achieve. Here's keeping fingers crossed that the vaccine eventually stabilizes the sporadic up and downs. Cheers Rob
@taffy Thanks Taffy, what amazes me is this is little more than a snap with my new 12 Pro. I knew the cameras were supposed to be good but this is better than I'd dared to hope.
