Rock art, Sacred Gorge

There is some rock art in the Flinders Ranges, but not up to the standard of the major sites. Sacred Gorge is quite small and easy to access on foot. Thank goodness it was only a short walk, the thermometer was nudging 40 degrees!!

Phew, 40 degrees in a gorge. That is mighty hot. Lovely red cliffs though.

@888rachel Sure was, but we had good hats and full water-bottles. Well worth a little temporary discomfort.

Beautiful rock art, and the lady does give us a perspective of size. That tree looks huge in such a desolated area
