Slugs are a major problem down on the allotment - demolishing my brassicas. Trying a new method this year using shoddy (sheeps wool). It actually seems to provide a barrier!
That sounds like a good idea! If you have a decent sized area seems good.....be intersting to know how well it works. Sheeps wool is being used for all sorts now....
