Covered in Tiny Flowers

Our neighbours tree is covered in this small red and white blossoms.
Neither of us knows what tree it is but I am glad he did not prune is back until after the blooms are done.

This is a Crataegus (Thorntree) I did mine ( a double one) a day before. Those are very common in our area, mainly with white bloosoms, and used in the road hedges,
