I am a confirmed and certifiable nutbar with a penchant for skulls, bones, blood, guts, fire and anything slightly peculiar and mostly bizarre. I also...
@pandorasecho Thanks very much - we used to live in Farnborough in the UK, home of the Farnborough airshow and the Red Arrows used to wake us up on a regular basis as they went over our house sideways...
But there can be drama in a summer thunder storm or in springs rainfalls. This pics is fantastic. All shades between white and black and a lot of contrast.
@graemestevens funny, I grew up next to an airport under a test pilot run, so the noise was something I was used to but the first time I briugh my husband to my parents house he woke up already jumping and running
@jack4john Spring drives me up the wall, all that chirpy happiness ;) @pandorasecho The first time our windows rattled in the night from an overhead jet I may have broken wind ;) @overalvandaan Thanks very much - we did like Wales a lot on the few occasions that we visited :) @holly1 Thanks very much - I still don't like summer...far to many fake tanned men in short shorts at the beach ;) @tonygig Thanks very much indeed :)
@annied Differ all you want, I hold to my statement and it's better than being caught agreeing! @blueberry1222 Thank you very much :) @mzzhope Thanks very much - I'm very definitely a winter person ;) @joemuli Thanks very much indeed :)
Can we agree then that summer is the pits, sunshine, happy half naked people, sipping tall drinks with clinking ice cubes, at least you have it over you for this year, I have the bloody thing around the corner...
I don't know, I seem to find drama in interminable sunny weather in SoCal.....mind you, it was a shock to my system when I moved here from NYC! I just choose to not go out in the daytime, not until the sun sets and mellows everything out...
@jack4john We can agree on that :) @pinkpaintpot Thanks very much :) @annied I had no doubt that you'd be there @newbank That's probably the closest comparison... @sioux LOL I remember English summers....24th of August isn't it? @andy3168 Thanks very much :) @panthora I never go out until night ;) @yaorenliu Very West Coast... ;)
Great shot. I do like the random weather we have here too. Who would want to live somewhere like Queensland where the weather is always warm and beautiful. Boring. :)
This is dramatic, and powerful and very effective
@susanalena Thank you very much - moodiness I can do ;)
Really great on black too.

@tabarlett Thanks very much :)
@brigette Thank you kindly :)
@taffy Thank you very much :)
@annied Thank god for that, if it was intentional I don't think I could cope
@annied Anything will do!
@pinkpaintpot Thanks very much :)

@rachelwithey Thanks very much :)
I do like drama though - and glad you knew I'd be there Graeme
@yrhenwr Excellent, so pleased I'm not alone ;)
