Friends of ours collected a pig yesterday for their freezer and because they now what I'm like they arrived at our place with two pig heads...so real friends actually give head. Twice.

Im afraid I would first make BRAWN, I used make it for many years when I Bred Staffordshire Bull Terriers, I would collect a pigs head every week for the Dogs, but when cooked I would take the cheeks and fat then press it in a bred tin, when cold this was sliced and eaten, this was a so called cheap meat but if you go to a Butchers now it cost more than Beef. my dogs got the rest of the head plus whatever the butcher gave me, they were the best fed dogs in England now I think about it........
