I've been away again so at some point I'll make an effort to try and catch up on the commenting. In the meantime, this is a view of the delightful Whanganui river at low tide. In the distance you can make out the industrial area, hunkering down on the banks of the river and pretending that the brown water and slightly funky aroma is not it's fault...
I quite like this shot and suspect that it will work better on black.
