Known locally as "Tatramak", mainly because no one is entirely sure how to pronounce Tataraimaka, this is all there is to this small region - a rural hall that is still used for the occasional "knees up", mostly 21st birthdays and the odd country dance. Quaint.
The full name for this region is "Tataraimaka-moana" which translates as "beautiful place by the sea". I should have turned around to show you that.
