My daughter called today and asked if I had time to make her some burp cloths for a friend at work. I asked her when she needed them. Tomorrow! Being the good mother that I am I made them for her. I wish I could tell you I made them on my new machine http://365project.org/grammyn/themes-and-comp/2012-01-09 but I still haven't figured how to get the design from the computer to the machine. I need to do that on a day when there is less time pressure on me!
Super cute! Super good Mom and super spoiled daughter! :) Though, as my spoiled daughter says, it's OK to be spoiled if you appreciate it... which I am sure – Tia(?) Theresa(?) – does.
Katy . . I SO love this photo along with the one of your new sewing machine! I could do a photo similar to your only with my doggone Nikon. Frustrated the heck out of me the past two days. Three hundred photos and maybe two or three that I can post. I love your work on these bibs . . they are precious! :)
@karenann Thanks, KarenAnn. It is nice you feel my pain! A new camera AND a new machine at Christmas was almost more than this old dog could deal with. Thanks for the nice comments.
I love this photo. You did a great job on these. Isn't this what Mom's do, things for their kids no matter what age and a lot of times at the drop of a hat. Nice job on the burp cloths. Her friend will love them.
Oh so cool. I'd love a machine like that. A friend of mine just bought a Viking...big monster machine that does everything but make your bed in the morning. She's taking classes at the store to learn how to use it. (You're such a great mom!)
@darsphotos Thank you so much, Darlene. Of course it is what we do and why she still asks. I know my mom still does it for me too! I'm glad you like the photo and the burp cloths.
