@grammyn There are areas in CA that have gotten rain but not us in quite a while. The foothills, mountains and Southern CA. Battling fires is the biggest problem at the moment. There was a special about the drought on tv the other night and talked about where there is waste and lack of rain. 100 million gallons of water were released in the Mt Shasta area into the forest area. The man that had to do this per the state quit his job/retired. What a huge waste and so much of this goes on. We sure are kept in the dark a lot. This morning I heard that they are putting funds aside for desalinization plants. There is one in the San Diego area. It was one or two billon dollars. It is about time someone talks about our future and using what resources we were given like our ocean as that is what is used for this. Looking forward to a rainy Fall/Winter/Spring.
