This leaf stretched out on the branches of a crape myrtle made me think of a hide that is being tanned.

I just my computer running today and it is do much easier to check out your 365 on the computer than the iPad! I came home to a dearly dead computer but between Jeff, Marvin, Kevin and me I have a new hard drive in my old computer with everything rescued from the old hard drive... talk about lucky! I will be setting up TimeMachine (automatic backup to external hard drive) either tonight or tomorrow!

It does have that look about it. I love the organic lines, and the contrast the light and dark make.

NIce eye...it does, indeed, look like a stretched hide. But my immediate thought was how delicate it looked; as if the mere sound of your lens capturing this gorgeous picture would cause it to crumble.
