Beautiful lighting and composition.

We have both been playing with our black backgrounds today. Not easy. Your fruit is beautiful. I was afraid I would burn the house down playing with matches.

But at least something will rhyme with it. It looks like an old Masters painting. Something with an obscure title like "Pear on Table." They were so creative in naming their work.

I think this works better than my suggestion of vegetables.

Lots to like here--the composition, the lighting, the reflection. Fav.

i like the heart-shaped reflection on the background, as well as the shadow of the pear's stem against it. and pear is much better for the stomach than orange. especially when you eat it with seven-year old cheese. now i'm hungry. drat! but aces on you, girlfriend. this is uber nice!
