My sister "invented" this meal and I liked it enough to copy it. She has no TV so she didn't see the commercials for breakfast burritos that abounded when they first became popular. She told her children she had invented a new meal and they.. well, you know...they laughed at her. Now it is a family joke that she tells on herself.
if she didn't see it anywhere else and she made it on her own, then she invented it. an innovator, i say. nice set up and the colours are quite engaging.
That's awesome. I love the idea of her innovation being this common thing. I'm sure that actually happens to inventors too where a bunch of people have a similar idea at a similar time. Nice tasty looking shot.

I've never thought about how that could be the way breakfast burritos were invented in the first place! Just thought they were there. Anyhoo, great story and yummy looking burrito.
