A group from our local high school sold peaches as a fundraiser and mine were delivered today. I see more canning work in my future!

I gave a few away and used them in cobbler and as snacks. Great ideas Mary. I do have a large area to store canned goods but won't need it for these CC since we are eating them all fresh and there are only a few left.. They are very sweet and juicy. The best part? they are freestones!! Again thank you for your support of my composition and subject choice.

@grammyn Thirty years ago, when my son was only three years old, our home had a freestone peach tree in the backyard. I got a darling photo of him pulling his wagon FULL of peaches! He had on a straw hat and we went around to our neighbors and shared the wealth! So cute!
