I recently bought some peaches from a student that was having a fund raiser and posted a shot of some of them http://365project.org/grammyn/365/2017-08-01 MaryElizR mentioned having them in peach pancakes which sounded like a great idea so that is what I did with some of them today. They went well with bacon and egg. At least that is what HE said

Never had peach pancakes before -- blueberry pancakes, yes. They sound/look delicious. Must try them sometime. Don't suppose you have any leftovers... :-)
