Not an animal, althought I can see how you thought so. It does look a bit like a carwash brush but the bristles are quite strong and sharp. I think Shutterbug got it right because there used to be some heavy machinery parked near this that was uised to resurface a nearby road. Very impressive Shutterbug and thanks for the follow.
