Once the embroidery arm is connected and the correct hoop is attached I can control the embroidery with thes buttons. The top left lets me choose ths hoop size I am using. The one in the middle allows me to turn the embroidery within the hoop in 90º increments. The top right button will give me information about the design such as its name and how many colors and stitches are in it. The needle with the negative sign allows me to back up my sewing stitch by stitch and the one with the positive sign allows me to go forward stitch by stitch. The spool of thread at the bottom with the negative sign lets me go back to the beginning of a specific color and the one with the positive sign lets me skip ahead to a different color. The OK surrounded by four arrows is how I center the design in the hoop and make sure it will all fit.
Aren't these machines amazing. I have started my embroidery and walked away at times only to hear a calunk sound where something has caught. (doesn't happen a lot). That is when these buttons come in handy....
Nope! Too complicated already! But rather wonderful that you have created so many wonderful gifts over the years!! (My daughter still has her wedding towels!)
@30pics4jackiesdiamond it is all well and good until there is a glitch and THEN it is a right proper mess to sort out! @Dawn It can be @dutchothotmailcom Don't be impressed Esther. I can be overwhelming but I took it very slow and still have lots to learn @madamelucy Yes they are. I seldom walk away anymore because it is easier to fix if I catch it immediately but totally have been there before! I often use the color change or stitch back up buttons. @ludwigsdiana Well, Didana it is like anything the more one does it the less intimidating it is. I can't begin to understand how you process some of your photos! @wyomingsis LOL! It all depends on your interest I suppose. You are too sweet to say so ♥ @linnypinny I wish it would vaccuum!
@louannwarren Thanks so much Lou Ann. I think so too sometimes and other times I wonder how anyone could be so smart as to create it and all that it does!
