@anazad511 I have a very good Jewish friend that worked with me in school and she was upset because in this Southern town they only celebrate and decorate for Christmas in the school. one year I asked her to come into my office and light the candles and say the prayers. I think she gave it to me but it has been so long I can't remember for sure.
@grammyn Katy, my blacks usually come out more dark grey than actual black. I really should experiment with different settings but always forget at the time.
such a nice gesture, katy. i have friends from almost all religions and i never thought of doing this for my jewish friends. thank you for the lesson. when i lived in muscat i tried to fast with the omanis during ramadan. it didn't work and won't work for a glutton like me. i munch at something the whole day. :-D
